The students from Team C who did research on 'Developments and improvements in technology', mentor taecher Stefania Manea, from Colegiul National 'Mihai Eminescu' Petrosani, Romania, wroked in pairs and created a video, a power point presentation and wrote an essay on the given topic.

The
Past, Present and Future of The Technology
From the past to present, technology always been developed. It always develops because our needs changes. In this essay i'm going to show you some differences between past and present technologies and make predictions about them.
Firstly, lets talk about phone. Not far from now, phones were settled across the streets but now we can fit them in our pockets. The first phone was made by Graham Bell. He tried over and over for this device. It sends signals from phone to phone, which are tied them between cables. From now on phones doesn't require a cable connection between themselfs, they can connect to stations and send signals there this signals reaches the other phone by station. If you have a station near by you you can call anyone without cables.
Cars are different from past too. They were polluting the nature much more in the past. But now, we have electric cars. They are polluting less than the old ones. And we developed other transportation ways such as planes. You can get on a plane instead of driving a car. It's more easy, efficient and it's better for environment. There are lots of car types, everyone need to have at least one car for their houses. Like the phones, it's necessary too.
And household appliances changed too much. We used to wash everything with our hands and it was a time consuming work. It was tiring to do it. This machines changed to automatic ones day by day. And now, even our vacuum cleaner does the cleaning itself. Every machine becoming smarter and more efficient.
Everything
has to change throughout the time. Because we always need better and easier
techs. I think in the future, within' 10 years maybe, we won't need to work in
manpower. Robots can do this hard things for us, we'll just need to think about
science, philosophy, history. It'll be like living in the Ancient Greek at the
world. We can stop the climate change, environment pollutions, stop the
suffering from hunger, we can provide drinkable water to all the world just
with the technologies which can be found just by us. I think humanity will
search for the solutions of this type of problems in the future.

Why do people need developments and improvements in their actions?

In my opinion, developments and improvements are vital in our daily lives, because we need them in order to become a better version of ourselves.
Firstly, as far as I am concerned development helps me to become strong and also confident in order to be able to live a better life. It helps make things easier, quicker and faster. Therefore, I strongly believe that development has a major impact in the quality of my life and also other people`s lives.
Secondly, self- improvement should be a vital element not only among youngsters but also among adults and elders because in my mind you can never be old enough to improve yourself and to bring changes in the world around you. Self- improvement involves improvement of one`s knowledge, status or character by one`s own efforts. Self- improvement starts with being aware that you need and you also have the ability to improve your life.
However, with all the pros listed above, I think we can also find some cons in improving and developing yourself. For example, in the moment you develop too many skills at once people may try to take advantage of your knowledge, so, when you improve and develop you should try to keep it lowkey and enjoy it privately.
On the whole, I do think that you have to improve and develop throughout life, but you also have to be aware of the consequences that come with this and to try to avoid them.

I believe that people need improvement in their actions because it is necessary to carry them out. Whatever you practice, whatever occupation you have, it is necessary to always take into account the development, both mental and physical because, I consider that it is the key of human evolution, because without them you can’t speak about progress.
Also, in any field, there is competition, competition that takes place between the personal evolution of each one, that is why I consider that in order to excel you need a good evolution, implicitly of good involvements and developments.

In my opinion, nowadays developments and improvements are a necessity in our lives,
because they help us to evolve in many ways and become better at what we do.
Firstly, development in my understanding is to see, encourage, or make growth happen. Whether it
can be a slow progression or a rapid improvement. Development can happen overnight, in a couple
of days or it can simply take years but in the end, it is important for you, as a person to make it
happen because it has a great importance in our daily life and it helps you to discover yourself more.
Secondly, it is important to prioritize your life for self-improvement to occur. Personal development
helps you define your personal vision and life goals more clearly. When you establish targets for
yourself, it becomes easier to create a plan and work towards those objectives. Self-improvement
helps enhance strengths, improve mental health.
However, I think everybody needs developments and improvements in their action in order to
become their best version.

OUR FIRST WEBINAR
On the 23 September 2021 we had our first webinar. We first met on Twinspace, but because of technical problems, we had to use Zoom. We introduced ourselves, we agreed on the activities and group rules of the project. Our Turkish partners shared with us their experience on the use of the eTwinning platform and insisted on the things we have to do to have a successful project.

BETWEEN PAST AND PRESENT
ABOUT OUR PROJECT
To have a better undertanding of today's world and the requirements of future's world, we have to know the meaning of human actions from past to present. In this project, we would like to examine improvements, developments and changes of human actions in different fields from education to communication and transportation. As Hannah Arendt, a German-born American thinker, says ' It is the actions of people that make up the human world.', we agreed to implement activities about human actions from past to present.
We expect our students to develop 21st century skills such as learning skills, literacy skills and life skills while implementing the activities. We also expect them to develop key competences like digital and technology-based competences, learn to learn, sense of intiative and communicating in a foreign language throughout the project
AIM OF OUR PROJECT
The aim of the project is to study the developments, improvements and changes of human actions from past to present to have a better understanding of today's world and the requirements of future's world.
We aim to help our students develop 21st century skills. Our students will be able to develop their critical thinking skills while implementing the activities about human actions from past to present. They will also improve their creativity and collaboration skills while doing the activities with their peers. Their information, media, and technology literacy will improve as they will use web 2.0 tools to carry out the tasks. On the other side, this project is the best platform for our students to improve their communication and initiative skills as the language of the project is English and they will carry out the activities both individually and in a mixed country team. Our project will enable students to improve key competences such as learning to learn and digital competence.
EXPECT RESULTS OF THE PROJECT
We expect our students to have a better understanding of today's world via human actions from past to present.
We expect our students to develop 21st century skills and improve key competences with the help of co-works and the final product of the project. Co-works and the final product will be decided by all of the members in the project.
We aim to help our students experience a project based learning related to the curriculum with the help of the activities of the project.
